Apeeling Skin Policies
All appointments require a credit card to hold the time booked. SPAFINDER gift cards may not be used in place of a credit card to hold the appointment time. I ask that you please make appointment changes, reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment for reasons that do not fall under emergencies, illness or inclement weather.
No-Call, No-Show or Last Minute Cancellation appointments that do not fall under emergency or illness will be charged 50% no show/late cancellation fee, (50% of the service cost), as the time cannot be filled last minute. I appreciate your understanding.
Habitual re-scheduling and/or cancellations of appointments may result in the requirement of a 50% of the service, non refundable deposit for future appointment requests and/or prebooking privileges may be revoked.
Repeated rescheduling and/or cancellations of larger appointments, (2+ hours), may result in the requirement of a 50% cost of service, non refundable deposit for future appointment requests and/or prebooking privileges may be revoked.
By booking an appointment with Apeeling Skin you are agreeing to the cancellation/no show policy.
If you are sick I also ask that you please re-schedule, last minute re-scheduling due to illness is perfectly acceptable and appreciated however if the appointment time/48 hour cancellation window is missed with no notification illness will not be accepted as an excuse unless it falls under an emergency, e.g. hospitalization.
I also ask that you please keep children at home, (with the exception of those receiving services), to fully experience your treatment in the most relaxing way possible.
PACKAGE POLICIES
Packages do not expire. There are no refunds for package purchases. No-Call, No-Show or Last Minute Cancellation appointments that don’t fall under emergency or illness will have 50% of the appointment cost deducted from the package balance, (fee will depend on cost and/or duration of service), as the time cannot be filled last minute. I appreciate your understanding. May be transferable when appropriate, (E.G. the individual using the credit must be a candidate for the service).
ELAINE BRENNAN DEPOSIT POLICY
A $220 deposit is required to book the Elaine Brennan Renewal Peel, this deposit is honored for up to six months and may not be credited towards other services.
GIFT CARD POLICIES

I appreciate your understanding.
Gift cards require prior approval to be transferred from one recipient to another.
Gift Cards do not expire, however all sales are final and non refundable.
Promotional Gift Card values expire vary accordingly
